- 40 Box Jumps (24”)
- 40 Jumping Pull Ups
- 40 Kettlebell Swings (16kg)
- 40 Walking Lunges
- 40 Knees to Elbows
- 40 Push Press (20kg)
- 40 Wall Ball (5kg)
- 40 Burpees
- 40 Tuck Jumps
